Adrian Clark
Hundreds of hours of live television, key industry executive appointments, and four decades of hands-on bloodstock experience have moulded the consultancy I operate today from Cambridge, New Zealand. Doing the job right, maintaining authentic working relationships, and delivering completely independent, professional counsel are at the heart of everything I do.

Broadcasting and executive pedigree
I have worked across the racing and breeding industry for nearly four decades. For 15 years with Trackside Television, TV3, and SkyNZ, I presented and produced live coverage as well as the weekly breeding show The Ford Report, earning the honour of NZ Racing Broadcaster of the Year on three occasions.
Following broadcasting, I served for three years as CEO of New Zealand Thoroughbred Marketing, championing the NZ-bred thoroughbred globally before managing Nearco Stud for eight years, helping guide it to 2019 New Zealand Breeder of the Year status.

Proven bloodstock results
My track record includes selecting Group 1 winners Quintessential, Jennifer Ecces & Pignan, planning the mating of legendary Hong Kong Champion Beauty Generation, and steering substantial bloodstock portfolios that delivered yearling sales up to NZ$550k across Karaka, Inglis, and Magic Millions.
Today, as a Registered Bloodstock Valuer and Authorised Bloodstock Syndicator, I operate Adrian Clark Bloodstock Consultancy Ltd and Challenge Racehorse Syndications Ltd, assisting clients locally and internationally with breeding portfolios and racing stock management.

Transparent counsel and looking ahead
You can expect my demeanour to be thoroughly professional, candid, and entirely free of hidden agendas. I partner selectively with people who value genuine collaboration and long-term results. We are also preparing to launch an exciting new venture, Nijinsky Bloodstock NZ Ltd, with details releasing during 2026.
Whether you want to build a broodmare band, review racing stock, or enter ownership, the best first step is a relaxed face-to-face discussion about your ambitions.
"Doing the job right really matters to me. Working relationships need to be real, transparent, and completely professional."
