Tarzino - like what I am seeing

I am not a shareholder in Tarzino, nor do I have any special allegiance to Westbury Stud; thought I should get that out of the way before I comment on one of the progeny of this first-crop stallion.

I like what I am seeing from Gina Lollobrigida, a two-year-old filly by Tarzino from the Darci Brahma mare Saraswati. That's her in the photo after completing a gallop in company this morning at the Cambridge Training Centre. She's a couple of weeks from a Jump Out & hopefully a Trial before we give her a spring breather.

She was a magnificent type as a yearling; Woburn Farm did a wonderful job and I purchased her for $35,000 for the newly-formed Challenge Value Syndicate. She broke in well & Paul Pertab reported to me that the filly was "very willing and moved well". Since joining the stable of Shaune Ritchie she has continued on in the right way, excellent attitude & work ethic.

All the signs are good, so much so that I've purchased another by Tarzino which is currently being syndicated. It's not often that I go back for more so soon.
