'The Ford Report' look back continues today with a piece on STREET CRY which first aired 24 September 2005. Darley's Kelvinside stud operation in New South Wales is quite something, not only a beautiful farm but a barn full of world-class stallions! Street Cry's oldest Southern Hemisphere progeny were yearlings at this time; the great mare Winx was still - as the saying goes - a "twinkle in his father's eye" and didn't come along for another six years.
Fifteen years of my life, from 1993 to 2008, was devoted to presenting & producing 'The Ford Report' for TAB Trackside. It was a magazine-style television programme providing a weekly window on the thoroughbred breeding industry of New Zealand and Australia. Enjoy & lookout for more of the same every Friday going forward at adrianclarkbloodstock.com along with my Facebook, LinkedIn & Twitter feeds.
