Challenge Syndications has gone big for Oaks Day at Trentham Gardens tomorrow with no fewer than 95 Syndicate members & friends coming from as far north as Auckland, far south as Geraldine and everywhere inbetween.
Jennifer Eccles will bid to win the Al Basti Equiworld Dubai New Zealand Oaks-Gr.1 (2400m) and at the same time look to secure the much-prized title of New Zealand Bloodstock 3YO Filly of the Year.
The filly headed south at 4am this morning in company with her buddy, stablemate Bella Mente who contests the carfinance.co.nz Wellington Guineas-Gr.2 (1400m) for the pair's trainer, Shaune Ritchie.
